All our cattle utilized for freezer beef are antibiotic free and growth hormone free.  We believe in providing a natural, safe product to our customers!

All cattle are sold based on dressed weight.  Dressed weight is the weight of the carcass after undesirable items are removed.  The meat processor will provide the dressed weight of the animal.  We utilize Morgan's Meat Processing in Madisonville, TN.

Cross Brothers Enterprises, LLC will handle the transportation of the animal to the processing facility and will also setup the processing appointments.  Approximately three weeks before your processing appointment, we will provide you with a cut sheet.  You will use this sheet to select the various packaged meat products you want (ie ribs, ground beef, roast, steak).  You can also choose of have some of the bones returned to you.  These can be a real treat if you have dogs!

All meat is wrapped in freezer paper  and has the type of cut stamped on the outside of the package. 

Please visit our General store to place an order.  We are currently taking deposits on 2009 beef and spring 2010 beef.  All orders are on a first-come first-served basis.  The 2009 calves will be ready in October or November.  The 2010 calves will be ready in June or July of 2010.

Pricing is based on live weight.  Cattle will be weighed using our Tru-Test scales before going to the processing plan.  Weight tickets will be provided along with your invoice/receipt.  When picking up your finished product, you will make two payments.  The first is to Cross Brothers Enterprises, LLC for the cost of the animal.  The second is to Morgan's Meat Processing for the slaughter bill and processing fee.
