Cross Brothers Enterprises, LLC began as a dream held by Michael Cross.  Our grandfather had run a small farm through the mid 1980's.  After hearing stories and seeing pictures of the family farm, Michael decided to pursue a degree in Agriculture with the hopes of running his own farm.  In 2003 Michael purchased a single Angus heifer and began laying the foundation which would become Cross Brothers. 

In 2005, older brother Bryan joined the operation and two more heifers were purchased.  After much prayer, soul searching, and family discussion, Cross Brothers Enterprises, LLC was formed in 2006.  Five additional head of Angus-Limosuin cross cattle were purchased and the journey began.   In 2007, our grandparents helped us purchase 9 head of purebred Angus cattle.  The "angel herd" as our grandfather called it, helped us grow to a total of 16 head.  It was his dream to see us succeed and we aim to make that dream a reality!

We have grown to include mom, dad, and our brother Kevin who offers help during haying season and when he can get away from his job in Nashville, TN.  Our operation currently has over 225 acres of leased property and 100 acres of owned property to supply pasture and hay for our animals.    From humble beginnings and the passion for agriculture held by Michael, Cross Brothers has grown to a successful farming operation.  View aerial photos of the farms.

The mission of Cross Brothers Enterprises, LLC is to provide high quality agricultural products to the end customer.  Our business is founded on four key principles:

1. Provide a high quality product free from implants and hormone treatments.
2. Minimize the use of antibiotics in all our animals.
3. Utilize Beef Quality Assurance guidelines when raising and caring for all our animals.
4. Ensure traceability for all our products through identification methods and record keeping practices.
